These terms govern your use of the Era Basketball iOS app published by OneTechieCo. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Era Basketball is a free tactical basketball simulation sandbox. You can sign in, claim a username, generate era-adjusted stats, run court simulations, view seeded community polls and analyst notes, and delete your account. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase.
No affiliation
Era Basketball is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Basketball Association, any NBA team, or any professional athlete. Player roles in the app are generic tactical archetypes, not real people or team trademarks.
Account
You sign in with Apple and choose a username. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or use trademarks you do not own. We may reclaim a username that violates these terms.
Community content
Polls, leaderboards, and analyst notes in the app are seeded, read-only material. There is no public chat, comments, or user-generated message board.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Simulations and stats are for entertainment. They are not betting advice, scouting reports, or professional sports analysis.
Intellectual property
The app, name, and original artwork are owned by OneTechieCo. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. Confirming deletion permanently erases your local ledger data and, when possible, the cloud authentication account.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that simulations are accurate or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, OneTechieCo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
